Do you love TB's and competing in the hunt jump event world but there's just something missing??
COLOR and SPOTS? Well, here's the guy for you!

Merlin is a bold colored black ApHC/TB youngster with a bright future.
He is basically a TB with color (even though he is 3/4 App)!
Tall, leggy, big floating mover. He is a late maturer like the WB's so still has a lot of growing
and maturing to do but what a candidate to take you places!

Merlin is well started quietly under saddle.  He stands well for mounting/dismounting, w/t/c with leads.  Working on headset (he likes to star gaze, lol!).  Starting some trot poles.

He would make a great hunter/jumper/event gelding and should also hold his own very well at Devon or the App Circuit in Hunter in Hand classes. His siblings are competing in Hunter/Event disciplines with success and showing everyone that spots have everything needed to compete with the solid big boys!

We are seeking a serious buyer who is dedicated to their horse. Merlin will do best and be most happy and successful with a personal relationship. We will require a buy back option so he is not for sale as a re-sale project. We want him to go to someone who wants a lifelong partner.

He is very willing and smart and not a mean bone or any aggression in his body or mind at all but he is still young, green and learning so PLEASE - only intermediate to advanced horseperson please inquire. No beginners!

Just this week we asked him for some free jumping - first time to EVER be asked to jump ANYTHING!  Pic's below were taken 3-21-11 on the 2nd day we ever free jumped him - the red pole (closer pics) was 3'3"!!
