All image copyrights remain with the Image Licensor.  Licensing this template does not grant you permission to use the imagery for purposes other than this website; if you require the imagery for other purposes than the website, please contact the Image Licensor.

Leasing

The drop-down menu system (LeoMega DDM) used in this product is the copyrighted property of LeoMega Group and TWC Graphics Design.   The license fee allows the purchaser of the license use of the product as follows:

  1. The licensee may use the licensed product on a single computer and one backup computer, free of copyright infringement. A "single computer" is defined as a single the working computer of the individual licensing the product.
  2. The licensee may use the product on an unlimited amount of webs, as long as the product itself is not provided to any third party.
  3. The licensee may not, in any fashion or media, reproduce the product for offering to other parties, as in a website template, either individually or in a collection, whether for free or for fee.
     

Liability

TWC Graphics Design will not be liable to you for any special, indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product. Your entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be no more than the amount paid for the particular product.  Your rights may vary from state to state.

Breach of Agreement

You agree to indemnify and hold TWC Graphics Design and its successors harmless from and against any damages or liability of any kind arising from your use of the product files in any form, any breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or your negligent act, omission or willful misconduct.  If any part of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.  All license rights granted pursuant to this Agreement shall automatically terminate upon your breach of this Agreement.
